Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Sofia city: 1–2 business days

Rest of Bulgaria: 2–4 business days

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
